Just like FINAL FANTASY VII, FINAL FANTASY VIII also has its cult following and seeing a remaster of this game is nothing short of incredible. There will always be challenges as you try to find the right approach and focus on making the experience an interesting and rewarding one. With that in mind, FINAL FANTASY VIII – REMASTERED does come with some really nifty and interesting functions.

The story remains the same, as you can imagine. They left that intact and it’s great because it just conveys a lot more value and quality without rushing, and that alone really pushes the boundaries in an incredible and unique manner. They did a very good job with making the gameplay rewarding and distinctive, and it really helps to have a 3x scene boost too. It’s just different, unique and it also enhances the experience in a powerful and unique manner, which will be quite the experience as you go along every time without any hassle.
Remake with More Options
The remaster also has a no-encounters option which allows you to turn the battles on or off if you want. This way you can just focus on the story if you expect that to happen. FINAL FANTASY VIII – REMASTERED also comes with a battle assist. The ATB and HOP will always be maxed out. Also, the limit breaks are there for you in case you expect to trigger them. It totally works and it will give you a very distinctive and fun approach.
But the FINAL FANTASY VIII – REMASTERED doesn’t stop here. They are allowing you to possess all the items aside from a few pivotal ones that are there for the story and the main experience itself. On top of that. You can unlock abilities for the acquired GF, same with the GF max level, you can fully customize that without any issues.

Aside from that you also have the ability to possess the max number of cards aside from the rare ones. They also allow you to unlock every limit break without a problem. You can even max out the number of Gil and max out the stock for all your magic. It’s a really good opportunity and something that pushes the boundaries when it comes to the way you play.
